Job Summary
Manage roadshows, retail events, and customer acquisition initiatives to drive sales, revenue and brand visibility. Plan and execute activations, roadshows, and sales campaigns to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market penetration. Support achievement of sales targets by developing activation strategies that maximise footfall, lead generation, and conversion opportunities. Monitor activation ROI and prepare post-event performance reports with actionable recommendations. Source and secure strategic activation sites with high customer traffic and strong sales potential; negotiate with venue owners and external partners; manage logistics, permits, and vendor partnerships for a strong customer-facing presence. Develop innovative activation concepts and experiential campaigns; collaborate with internal marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaigns and achievement of business objectives. Requires Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field and 3–5 years of experience in event management, retail activations, roadshows, or channel marketing; strong project management, communication, and detail-oriented abilities for a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
