Job Summary
Executive & Family Operations Assistant role providing roughly 70% business operations support and 30% family logistics support. Responsibilities include administrative follow-through, inbox and communication coordination, office organization and document management, onboarding coordination for new team members, organizing client gifts and relational touches, light tech support, calendar and scheduling management, local errands, vendor coordination, and occasional family event/travel coordination. Requires trustworthiness, discretion, strong communication, calendar/app/document systems proficiency, and ability to work in a hybrid local Campbell/Silicon Valley environment with 20-25 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $35-$45/hour and is structured as a part-time, hybrid/local support role with potential growth.
Required Qualifications
