Job Summary

Coordinate strategic planning and execution for online and in-person executive education classes, seminars, and mentorship programs across five continents. Manage complex logistics including site selection, travel, audio/video support, and vendor contracts for both domestic and international activities. Collaborate with stakeholders and funders to develop educational programming, solicit participant feedback, and produce impact reports. Maintain budgetary records and market programs through social media to drive interest. Communicate with alumni to organize events and webinars, while working with instructors to refine curriculum.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Successful background check

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience in: Program management, preferably in an educational or international development context
  • Planning and organizing events with complex logistics, and simultaneously managing multiple workstreams effectively
  • Applying oral and written communication skills to tasks such as stakeholder engagement, reporting, and educational content development
  • Managing budgets efficiently while maintaining accurate and auditable records
  • Social media management and use of digital marketing tools
