Job Summary
Executive role overseeing the dyeing process at TEXO's dye house to ensure dyed fabrics meet quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing dyeing issues such as off color and uneven shading, making technical decisions to address dyeing problems, coordinating re-dyeing and rewashing, prioritizing urgent batches to meet customer deadlines, attending production and PP meetings to ensure smooth operations, addressing issues on new orders with technical solutions, and training personnel on color matching to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Textile
- Chemical Science Background
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good Communication and MS Power point skills
