Job Summary
Executive Director to lead Klinic Community Health, a pro-choice community health center in Winnipeg, MB. Responsibilities include strategic planning, board governance support, stakeholder and donor relations, public communications, and ensuring organizational health and financial stewardship. The role emphasizes leadership of talent, equity and reconciliation initiatives, and alignment with social justice values to deliver accessible primary and mental health services and crisis support. Requires post-graduate/graduate degree with minimum 5 years in non-profit leadership, experience with boards, fundraising, budgeting, and working with diverse communities.
Required Qualifications
- Post Graduate (preferred) or Graduate degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a non-for-profit organization
- Minimum of 5 years of organizational leadership in a health-related setting
- Experience managing the operations of an agency inclusive of quality and continuous improvement, planning, administration, staffing, supervision, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience working with a Board of Directors to develop and implement strategic vision and organizational planning
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to build effective work relationships/partnerships with external individuals and organizations
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Clear Criminal Record and Abuse Registry Checks
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
