Job Summary
Executive Director for Woodlands Senior Living in Brewer, ME, leading a Memory Care and Assisted Living campus. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care, medication and personal care services to maximize residents’ health while ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance; managing financial operations delegated by Corporate Manager/COO; establishing and sustaining a system for recruiting, orienting, training, evaluating, retaining, and scheduling staff to meet accreditation standards; ensuring policy adherence and effective communication with residents’ families and government agencies. Required Qualifications
