Job Summary
Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute the vision for Woodbine Labs, overseeing site operations, member experience, and business growth. Lead day-to-day incubator activities including onboarding, quarterly programming, member pulse checks, and vendor management. Oversee the onsite team for member experience, sales, and lab operations while managing the site budget, equipment procurement, and EHS protocols. Represent the Incubator at networking functions to attract members and partners, and report operations and impact to stakeholders regularly. Work with the broader Portal team and ecosystem partners to drive utilization, productivity, and successful outcomes within Utah's life sciences sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in program management preferred, preferably within an incubator, accelerator, or startup environment, with a focus on deep-tech sectors and early-stage startups
- Understanding of life sciences, biotech a plus
