Job Summary
Executive Director leads the senior living community with oversight of care coordination, enrichment services, sales to drive occupancy, and operational performance within budget. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, establishing performance objectives, maintaining regulatory compliance and audits, preparing financial reports for state regulators and Home Office, cultivating relationships with health care providers and resident families, and guiding strategic initiatives with senior leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/certified Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant industry discipline
- Three (3) years of experience leading a senior living community
