Job Summary
Lead and oversee all daily community operations, including resident satisfaction, financial performance, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Drive occupancy growth and support community sales efforts while managing revenue, expenses, labor, and overall financial performance. Ensure high-quality resident care and customer service, maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations, and lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and associates. Foster a positive, engaging, and mission-driven community culture by building strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community organizations. Support hiring, retention, and associate engagement initiatives to ensure smooth business office and operational management while partnering with leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Director within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living
- Strong background in sales, occupancy management, and financial oversight
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and service-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive results while maintaining compassionate leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Director within Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living preferred
- Experience opening a new senior living community preferred but not required
