Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for the overall operations of the community, including oversight of culinary services, resident care, the Compass Rose memory care program, human resources, marketing, regulatory compliance, and the physical plant. Requires RCFE license, strong leadership and budgeting capabilities, knowledge of state regulations and OSHA laws, and experience in hiring, training, coaching, and coordinating strategic planning and resource allocation to ensure compliant, high-quality resident services.
Required Qualifications
- RCFE license
- Three years of supervisory or management experience with the elderly
- Minimum of 2 years of college, bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Must pass health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
- Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
