Job Summary
Executive Director for the Western Kentucky Chapter (Owensboro) leads community-facing efforts, coordinates cross-functional teams, and partners with external stakeholders to deliver core services, drive chapter planning, and achieve revenue, donor engagement, volunteer recruitment, blood collection, and community engagement goals. Oversees chapter governance, strategic relationships, fundraising activities, and program delivery; represents the Red Cross publicly and ensures collaboration across Programs, Communications, and Fundraising to advance regional objectives. Travel within the territory and to meetings/conferences is part of the role. A Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of related experience are required; the role emphasizes leadership, community representation, fundraising, donor account management, and volunteer leadership development.
