Job Summary
Executive Director opportunity at Valparaiso Care and Rehab seeking a licensed Administrator (HFA) to provide strategic and compassionate leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations in skilled nursing, implementing QAPI and performance metrics, driving staff recruitment and development, ensuring compliance with Federal and State guidelines, managing risk, and leading revenue growth and census development with budget oversight and resource allocation. On-site role in Valparaiso, IN, with flexibility to work varying hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong emphasis on resident rights, safety, quality standards, and relationship-building with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
Required Qualifications
