Executive Director responsible for day-to-day operations of a senior living community, including service provision, financial and human resources oversight, licensure compliance, clinical, sales and marketing, and census development; ensure resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance within regulatory standards; lead strategy, operations, and quality initiatives to uphold upscale resident services; requires strong leadership, 5+ years in healthcare/senior living leadership, and demonstrated P&L management; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, associate degree required or equivalent experience.
