Job Summary
Executive Director provides leadership for the Union City location, overseeing care quality and services, guiding policy and procedures, and organizing and monitoring each department of the facilities to ensure regulatory compliance and effective operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Driver's license or state ID
- Successful Completion of a drug screening
- Background results within company standards
- Minimum of a HS diploma or have obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree in related field. LPN or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must have CPR & First aid or must complete MSHN CPR/first aid class within first 30 days of employment
- Must complete a TB skin test within first 30 days and then annually
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
