EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (TULSA, OK)

Lead the Tulsa team for Our Blood Institute to recruit blood donors, drive sponsors and volunteers, and to store and deliver blood units for local hospitals. Serve as a public-facing liaison to the community, organizations, and residents, maintaining a credible image and coordinating with regional leaders. Requires strong planning, communication, regulatory, financial, and personnel management skills, with proven project-management and organizational-expansion experience. Strong interpersonal abilities to motivate diverse constituencies including donors, sponsors, staff, and volunteers; Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of senior-level operations/large project management experience preferred.
