Job Summary
Executive Director to lead one of our senior-living communities on-site in Amarillo, TX, overseeing operations, regulatory compliance, resident services, and financial performance. Responsibilities include budgeting and financial planning, driving occupancy through sales and marketing, developing and mentoring a high-performing team of Employee Partners, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations (HIPAA, OSHA), coordinating with families and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality resident care and satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma (with preferred college credits or degree), state-specific Assisted Living Administrator certification, and 3+ years of senior-living leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- State-specific Assisted Living Administrators certification per regulations
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in the senior living industry
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities
- Proven financial management and budgeting experience
- Experience in sales and marketing with occupancy targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing quality care for seniors
