Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or a combination of experience and education, will be considered.
  • State regulations require state-specific Assisted Living Administrators certification.
  • 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Director or Administrator in the senior living industry
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities.
  • Proven financial management skills and experience managing budgets.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving occupancy targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing quality care and improving the lives of seniors.
