Job Summary
Executive Director leading treasury consulting engagements focused on Treasury and Cash Management for clients, including centralization and maturity analysis, process re-engineering for Treasury/AP/AR, benchmarking diagnostics, and thought leadership. Responsibilities include leading engagements from kickoff to recommendations, creating client-focused recommendations spanning internal processes and organizational design, quantifying benefits from client data, presenting results to CFOs and senior leaders, coordinating with Treasury Sales, product and international specialists, developing treasury content for sales and industry events, delivering training to internal teams, coaching Analysts and Associates, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver client engagements and internal projects. Requires BA/BS, 7+ years in corporate treasury or treasury consulting, ability to analyze problems, communicate confidently, strong project management, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of J.P. Morgan Treasury Services products and familiarity with TMS/ERP tools preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of progressive treasury experience in corporate treasury or treasury consulting
- expert-level knowledge of global Treasury and Cash Management including AP and AR processes
- strong communication skills (oral and written) with cross-functional partners
- project management skills and ability to meet tight timelines
- team player with interpersonal leadership and influencing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP, and related technology solutions
