Executive Director leads Gordon JCC’s mission-driven operations, oversees staff and facilities, partners with the Board to implement an ambitious strategic plan, strengthens fundraising and donor engagement, cultivates partnerships across the community, and serves as the organization’s chief ambassador and steward of resources; must bring strong operational and financial acumen and a commitment to Jewish values and inclusive leadership.
