Job Summary
Guide the community and staff toward success through strategic leadership, while overseeing marketing and sales efforts focused on engagement and growth. Hire, train, and retain a service-driven team that reflects our culture of caring, adapting to an everchanging environment to achieve goals with urgency. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in leadership roles within the senior living industry
- Applicable state certification for managing senior living communities or ability to obtain as required
- Proven record in financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
- Must be able to complete a screening process as required by state regulations
- All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of this process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RealPage, Eldermark, Enquire, or related systems preferred
