Job Summary
Manage day-to-day community operations to achieve maximum occupancy, maintain high resident and employee satisfaction, and meet projected budget objectives. Ensure positive relations with residents, families, and staff by promptly addressing their needs and concerns. Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and motivation across all departments while performing administrative duties including month-end reports and accurate billings for residents, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Comply with all state and federal laws, Fair Housing rules, and company regulations regarding community operation. Full-time role in senior living requiring Assisted Living Administrator Certification in Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, Kansas, Colorado, and Texas, plus seven years of senior living experience with three in leadership. Salary and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License required in Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, Kansas, Colorado and Texas
- At least seven years of experience in senior living or multifamily residential
- Three years' experience in leadership role
- Eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options
- Current state specific driver's license
- Appropriate driving record
- Eligibility for COVID-19 vaccination
