Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for day-to-day operations of the Community, driving occupancy and budget objectives, leading marketing/sales efforts, recruiting and developing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive relations with residents, families, and employees; overseeing administrative duties including billing and reporting, and maintaining adherence to Fair Housing rules and company policies; requires leadership experience in senior living with a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and state-specific administrator certification/licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License required in Arizona, Missouri, New Mexico, Kansas, Colorado and Texas
- Minimum of seven years of experience in senior living or multifamily residential with three years’ experience in leadership role
- Current state specific driver’s license and appropriate driving record
- Minimum of high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred
