Job Summary

Executive Director at Crown Pointe oversees the community's financial, human resources, and operations management for an independent living, assisted living, and memory care campus. Responsibilities include supervising recruitment, interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining staff; coordinating resident services with contracted providers; developing and implementing sales/marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets; ensuring maintenance standards for resident units and common areas; managing activities to align with state and federal regulations and company policies; and directing all activities within budget projections. The role requires leadership experience in senior living, licensure or credentials per state requirements, and the ability to balance resident care quality with operational and financial performance. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred
  • RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred (required in some states)

  • Experience in managing a program or community in senior living preferred; 3-5 years of leadership experience required
