Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations of the senior living community as the on-site executive, serving as the primary contact for staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public. Maintain resident retention by addressing issues with residents and families, responding to walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins, and keeping competitors' information current to meet leasing and occupancy expectations. Manage budget accountability and cash flow by anticipating negative variances, oversee hiring, training, and disciplinary actions per corporate policy, and ensure all local, state, and federal licenses remain valid. Lead staff meetings, represent the community in social and civic affairs, and manage support-level and management roles as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three-plus years of sales, marketing, or business management experience in senior housing, an active driver's license, and proficiency in professional communication.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree, English major preferred
  • 3+ years of sales and marketing or business management experience, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry
  • You professionally communicate and listen to residents, guests, and coworkers
  • You have great management skills and a willingness and desire to work harmoniously with all staff members
  • You have the ability to switch tasks quickly and often
  • You currently have an active Driver's License
  • Senior Lifestyle requires that all employees provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination unless exempt due to medical, religious, or personal beliefs
