Job Summary
Senior HR Business Advisor within the Enterprise Technology Organization partnering with senior leaders to deliver human capital strategies across the organization. Provides strategic and day-to-day HR leadership to Chief Information Officers across Firmwide Technology Functions, Platforms and Products; consults with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and HR innovations (including AI and digital strategies); drives Employee Experience, stakeholder management, and data-driven HR solutions to enable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Human Resource or transformational people leadership experience in a technology organization of scale
- Experience supporting Cybersecurity leadership is highly preferred
- Knowledge of full range of people practices and how to apply them to an organization shifting to a customer-focused operating model
- Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills to leverage data to create HR strategies that support business results
- Ability to operate at scale in a globally matrixed organization and partner on issues across HR and the business
