Job Summary
The Executive Director (ED) will lead the management and performance of a 12-bed detox and residential treatment facility, overseeing clinical, medical, and operational functions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or healthcare management
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, compassion, and excellence in care
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for licensed treatment facilities (DHCS, Joint Commission, etc.)
