Job Summary
Direct and manage the district's school safety, security, and emergency management programs, ensuring a safe and secure learning environment. Lead daily operations, develop and implement multi-hazard emergency plans, coordinate with district, police, and fire departments, oversee the School Resource Officer program, supervise staff, manage budgets, compile reports, ensure drills and regulatory compliance, and cultivate a positive safety culture across district facilities and events. Demonstrated expertise in emergency operations planning, risk assessment, training development, stakeholder relations, and program administration is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management or similar degree related to school or safety administration preferred
