Job Summary

Executive Director leads retention marketing across lifecycle, product trade, and Ultimate Rewards for the credit card portfolio. Sets lifecycle strategy, oversees segmentation and personalization at scale, and drives omnichannel programs (email, site, in-app) to boost loyalty and long-term value. Partners with Product, Analytics, Digital, Finance, and Controls to align on strategy, roadmaps, and governance. Manages and mentors a leadership team, advances risk and controls, and delivers executive-level reporting on campaigns and portfolio engagement. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, customer-first principles, and data-driven decision making.
