Job Summary
Manage finances within the approved budget, analyzing program reports to identify trends and discrepancies. Partner on resource development activities including grant writing, donor cultivation, and stewardship to maintain a diverse donor base. Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and Board Members while serving as the Program liaison. Create and implement marketing and branding initiatives to promote fundraising efforts within the community. Plan and direct program operations, local revenue-generating activities, and fundraising to support growth and regional expansion while retiring debt. This role supports young males in a residential setting, focusing on leadership, fiscal management, and community relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a Residential setting
- Five (5) years relevant work experience
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role supervising a group of people
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Two (2) years of fundraising experience
- Demonstrated success in managing special events
- Cultivating, soliciting, and closing major gifts
