Job Summary
Lead the Program Finance team as a strategic business partner to the R&D organization, shaping financial strategy across oncology and inflammation portfolios to drive pipeline investment and portfolio optimization. Build and develop a high-performing organization that partners directly with senior executives in Development, Commercial, PDM, and Finance, ensuring rigorous business case evaluations and value-focused decision frameworks meaningfully influence long-range planning. Establish standardized methodologies for NPV, risk-adjusted frameworks, and scenario modeling while overseeing high-quality financial assessments for PC decisions, BD evaluations, and audit-ready processes. Drive continuous simplification and automation of financial processes to enable faster, more reliable insights for senior leaders navigating ambiguity.
