Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for all operations and clinical functions at the assigned facility, including developing and implementing plans to enhance productivity, compliance, and profitability; overseeing budget, staffing, clinical activities, policy/procedure development, marketing plans, and relationships with referral sources and community organizations; supervising staff, ensuring regulatory standards (HIPAA, 42CFR, Joint Commission) are met, and leading program development and service-line expansion; requires master’s degree in related field, 5+ years in administration/mental health programs, and relevant licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required
- Completion of supervisory courses required to supervise clinical mental health staff, as required
- 5+ years’ experience in administration, coordination with supervision of mental health and/or case management/counseling services programs required
- Prior work experience in a behavioral healthcare setting highly preferred
- Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) license, preferred
- Valid Class C Driver’s License required
