Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of business and/or technology leadership with practical delivery experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams
• 5+ years leading large-scale agile transformations with demonstrated understanding of scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe)
• Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their application in product development; experience training and coaching Scrum and Agile principles and practices
• Demonstrated ability to use and analyze organizational metrics to foster continuous improvement and communicate a clear performance narrative
• Strong stakeholder influence skills and executive presence; excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Sound understanding of scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe) and agile events/techniques; commitment to JIRA hygiene and data quality in portfolio tooling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently and collaboratively, and lead cross-functional initiatives at scale
• Ability to establish standards and best practices that balance rigor with speed while meeting delivery expectations; maintain audit-ready artifacts and evidence across the program
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching and situational leadership to build high-performance organizations and simplify/improve business processes at scale
• Self-motivated and tenacious; able to drive agendas across diverse stakeholder groups in a large organization with clear, timely communications and decision-making frameworks
