Executive Director – Product Leader Payments Platform

Executive Director of Product leading a payments platform within the Card and Connected Commerce organization at Chase. Define the vision and strategy for the product line and conceptualize/build platforms from 0-1. Hire and lead a team of product managers; manage executive stakeholder relationships and communicate updates on strategy, progress, and performance. Partner with Technology, Design, and Analytics to drive product development; define features and document requirements for engineering; monitor goals and plan enhancements. Manage product backlog, production support, issue resolution, and prioritization; coordinate quarterly and yearly planning with cross-domain stakeholders. Ensure a strong risk and controls environment in collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Compliance; leverage agile methodologies and a deep understanding of APIs and product development lifecycle. Requires 10+ years in financial services and product management, experience in online payments/money movement, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field.
