Job Summary
Execute the strategic vision for Vistra's North American Private Equity business by establishing annual plans, financial targets, and operational objectives. Drive sustainable revenue, EBITDA, and profitability growth while leading organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage a multidisciplinary team of over 50 professionals, overseeing KPIs, SLAs, financial performance, and client satisfaction across the United States and Canada. Build executive relationships with General Partners and senior stakeholders, champion automation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Executive leadership experience managing large operational teams
- Strong commercial acumen with proven business development success
- Deep technical expertise in Private Equity fund administration
- Expert knowledge of Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Capital Calls and Distributions, Waterfalls, Financial Reporting and Alternative Investment Structures
- Experience with Investran, or equivalent fund administration platforms
- Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 15 years' experience within Private Equity fund administration or alternative investments
- Minimum 10 years leading large operational and commercial teams
- Proven responsibility for regional revenue growth, profitability and operational performance
- Experience managing multi-office North American operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- MBA or other advanced business qualification desirable
