Job Summary
Leads and manages the firmwide Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) program, including design, implementation, and oversight; oversees the Individual Rights program ensuring timely responses to data subject requests under global privacy laws; advises on privacy requirements for new initiatives and technologies; develops governance documentation related to PIAs and Individual Rights; conducts privacy risk assessments and maturity evaluations; collaborates across business, technology, legal, compliance, and controls to deliver privacy initiatives and operational excellence; develops and delivers training and awareness programs on PIAs and Individual Rights.
Required Qualifications
- Expert experience in privacy program design, implementation, and management within a large, complex organization.
- Deep expertise in Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Individual Rights under global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Proven ability to advise on privacy requirements for new initiatives and technologies.
- Experience conducting data protection impact assessments and privacy risk evaluations.
- Deep knowledge of global privacy laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage relationships across multiple functions and regions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
