Executive Director - Pre-Lease New Construction

Lead all pre-leasing activity by generating leads, managing the waitlist, securing deposits, and converting prospects to residents while running the sales center as the primary hub for tours and presentations. Build referral networks with healthcare providers and senior service organizations, then partner with marketing, operations, and development teams to keep prospects informed throughout construction. Track forecasts and deposit projections to stay on target, coordinate resident transition planning for a smooth move-in, and oversee all operational aspects of the community post-opening. This full-time role requires a strong communicator and public speaker to guide families through complex decisions, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor's degree preferred.
