Job Summary
Lead the assisted living facility by providing visionary leadership, overseeing daily operations, and managing the annual budget to ensure financial targets are met. Direct department heads and staff while monitoring resident care plans, conducting regular family meetings, and collaborating with healthcare providers to maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. Represent the community to residents, families, and local organizations to build strong relationships and drive resident admissions and retention. Ensure all state regulations and industry best practices are adhered to while fostering a person-centered care environment.
