Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a growing treatment facility, including teammate relations, human resources, marketing, finance, and admission flow. Ensure compliance with CARF, state, and federal standards while overseeing staff assignments, credential renewals, and safety policies. Plan managerial, operational, and fiscal components; review clinical case files; and coordinate services with community resources. Monitor admissions census and conduct annual performance reviews for supervisory and support teams. Maintain documentation adherence and complete required training. Travel up to 25% for meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated experience in managing key functions in a behavioral health system
- Master's degree in human services field
- Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in related healthcare field
- Five (5) years' experience in management
- Ability to coordinate the organization's services with other community resources
- Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility
- Management skills in addressing human resources and financial matters
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings
