Job Summary
Executive Director leads the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC), reporting to the President of the Executive Committee and Board Chair, providing overall leadership and management across operations, governance, national games, finance and IT, and HR. The role requires guiding strategy, governance alignment, stakeholder collaboration across Canada’s regional lottery organizations, oversight of national games and draws with integrity and high standards, and building a high-performing, collaborative culture. The position emphasizes influencing senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and legislative requirements, and fostering partnerships to advance national lottery products.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business or a related field.
- Extensive senior leadership experience in complex, matrixed, or multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen, with experience presenting to and influencing Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and drive results. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
