Executive Director - People and Workplace Relations

Lead the strategic direction and operational leadership of the School's people, workplace culture, human resources, and industrial relations functions. Provide authoritative advice to the Principal and Board on workforce strategy, industrial relations, organisational capability, and people-related risk, ensuring workforce considerations are embedded across operations, culture, and governance. Attract, develop, and retain high-performing staff in teaching and professional domains while fostering a values-aligned culture that supports wellbeing and professional growth. This full-time, 5-year contract commences in January 2027.
