Job Summary
Executive Director, Partner Growth & Marketing Strategy for Health100 will define and scale the partner growth engine, owning end-to-end strategy for demand generation, pipeline development, and partner adoption. Build audience-specific positioning and go-to-market plans for priority partner segments (employers, health plans, PBMs, pharmacies, pharma and life sciences, digital health partners). Lead the sales enablement system, create executive-ready materials, and scale the partner marketing function and team. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams; define success metrics tied to pipeline and adoption; contribute directly to strategy and content creation.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in B2B, product, or technology marketing with focus on enterprise or platform offerings
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling marketing teams, functions, and go-to-market models
- Proven ability to develop positioning, drive demand generation, and support sales enablement
- Strong commercial mindset with experience influencing pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Exceptional ability to create clear, high-quality presentations and sales materials
- Experience managing outside agency partners and cross-functional marketing relationships
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, build-mode environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
