Job Summary
The Executive Director is responsible for leading the growth of Fraser Academy's Outreach & Training Centre, transitioning current programs and establishing a national brand. Key priorities include operationalizing the Centre, scaling for impact through revenue optimization, and launching an accredited post-secondary diploma program. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the Science of Reading, entrepreneurial skills for managing P&L, relationship management for securing partnerships, and visionary communication to demonstrate educational ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dyslexia education or related fields
- Leadership experience in educational program management
- Strong community engagement and relationship management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Deeply grounded in the Science of Reading and structured literacy
- Proven track record of managing a significant P&L center where profit drives scalability
- Ability to navigate a sales funnel to secure 'closed-won' agreements
- Able to articulate the ROI of educational intervention to the community
