Executive Director, Originations

Source and originate commercial real estate debt opportunities across diverse property types and markets. Take full ownership of the deal life cycle, including borrower engagement, structuring, due diligence, and closing. Develop and manage a network of direct borrowers, brokers, and industry partners nationwide. Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy and execution to ensure best-in-class outcomes. Present transactions, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management and the credit committee. Manage a team of Junior Originators and work closely with Underwriters and Analysts. Requires 8-15 years of direct CRE experience with a proven track record of loan closings. Full-time base salary range $250,000 - $300,000 with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
