Executive Director - Operations, Product for Ops & Location Strategy

Job Summary
Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across product and operations portfolios; provide clear narrative and insight into financial results, including drivers of performance, risks, and opportunities; lead end-to-end transformation initiatives leveraging automation, data, and emerging technologies to modernize processes and enable scalable growth; partner with Operations and Real Estate stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of resources; drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, standardize processes, and enhance resiliency; build strong partnerships with CFOs, Ops Product Heads, Operations leaders, and functional stakeholders; lead, develop, and inspire a large, multi-level team across multiple disciplines; drive talent strategy, succession planning, and capability building, particularly in analytics, automation, and strategic thinking; preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and experience in Operations, Location Strategy, or Corporate Real Estate/Workplace Strategy with exposure to data and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, or Business Management within a global financial institution
- Ability to partner with CFOs and senior executives
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
