Job Summary
Deliver efficient external and internal services across North America regions and business units by implementing operating rhythms and enabling process improvements. Work closely with leadership to understand operational needs, measure team efforts, and report successes to stakeholders. Anticipate project obstacles, communicate solutions, and adjust priorities to respond to changing business demands. Attract and develop leaders who share company values while fostering a positive, customer-centric environment through intentional collaboration and active listening.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years' experience in TMC operations
- Minimum 3 years in a director role
- Strong commercial acumen
- Technical process knowledge including fares and ticketing
- Front reservation and mid office systems knowledge
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing business processes improvement and change management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated success in developing, implementing, and enhancing efficient business processes
- Travel industry experience
- High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change, growth, and pressure
- Positive persuasiveness and influencing ability
- Results orientation and deadline driven
- Judgement and decision making
- Leadership and Oral communication
- Relationship building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to do basic math
- Ability to read and interpret information
