Job Summary
Ensure residents and families receive high-quality service in a compassionate environment while maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet community needs and comply with state regulations. Develop positive relationships with staff at all levels throughout the community and demonstrate strong performance management skills by clearly communicating expectations. Oversee and assist in preparing the community's annual budget, collaborating with the management team to ensure all departments consistently meet monthly budget goals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration and at least four years of related experience, including an Assisted Living Administrator license. Located in Syracuse, NY, this full-time position offers a salary of $88,000–$100,000 with generous benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least four (4) years of related experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Assisted Living Administrator license, where required, within the prescribed time frame
- A genuine compassion for and desire to work with older adults
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field
- Experience working in senior care and memory care/dementia
