Job Summary
Executive Director, Onboarding & Servicing Lead responsible for end-to-end product management execution across Wholesale Onboarding, Servicing, and Document Management platforms, aligned to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and enterprise standards. Lead AI-enabled platform delivery for AI-driven intake, routing, orchestration, and automation; drive complex, workflow-driven initiatives across sales and servicing spanning multiple Lines of Business; enforce platform standards, governance, and controls for scalability and transparency; provide executive-level reporting and decision support; lead and mentor multiple Product Owners and ensure successful platform-level outcomes across Onboarding, Servicing, and Document Management; collaborate on trade-offs across customer experience, AI enablement, scalability, and risk controls; ensure compliance with FINRA and regulatory requirements where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management or leadership experience
- Experience with client Onboarding, Sales & Servicing, Document Management, and Business Process Orchestration platforms
- Proven delivery of complex, multi-product onboarding and servicing journeys in highly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of KYC, regulatory controls, and GPL/Markets/Lending product journeys
- Demonstrated ability to lead execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Advanced risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
- Strong communication and influence skills with senior business and technology leaders
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
- Experience incorporating AI capabilities as part of product solutions
