Job Summary
Executive Director responsible for overseeing daily nursing-home operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and quality of care. Lead and develop a diverse care team, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to implement individualized resident care plans, and build relationships with local healthcare partners, government agencies, and community organizations. Must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare administration environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Administrator License
- Experience with leadership roles in healthcare administration
