Job Summary
Executive Director, Office of Career Management at The Ohio State University leads career development, employer engagement, and job placement within the Fisher College of Business. The role drives data-driven strategies and multi-year program planning, oversees budgeting and revenue-generation through career events and sponsorships, and collaborates with the Graduate Programs Office and Undergraduate Programs Office to strengthen student employment outcomes and employer partnerships. Responsible for compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, reporting through data insights, and engaging internal and external stakeholders to advance student readiness and institutional reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in career services, workforce development, or a related field to include supervisory experience

- Strong written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to solve problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with varied internal and external constituents
- Proven experience with strategic data collection principles and data driven decision-making and predictive outcomes
- Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive leadership roles in career management within higher education, with a preference for significant experience within a business school environment
