Job Summary
Executive Director of Yale Medicine Training & Development to lead training initiatives across Yale Medical Group. Responsibilities include identifying, designing, developing and implementing technical and non-technical training programs aligned with Yale Medical Group goals; creating an organizational performance core competency model; conducting needs assessments and developing curricula; delivering training through varied methods and measuring program effectiveness; managing the training budget and providing metrics for senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of related experience in development, behavior, psychology, HR, or related areas; experience in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and large-scale organizational effectiveness projects; and experience consulting with senior managers. Salary range $90,000–$165,750; hybrid work model; background checks and health requirements may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- minimum of 8 years of experience in Development/Behavior, Psychology, Human Resources or related area
- Experience in teaching and leading talent management, succession planning, leadership development and large organizational effectiveness projects
- Experience consulting with senior managers in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
